Boho House is conceived through section rather than plan, with the house designed as a continuous vertical spatial experience rather than a series of stacked floors. A central void connects all levels, allowing light, air and views to move through the home and creating a strong sense of cohesion between spaces. The design responds directly to the site’s dual orientation, opening toward expansive sea views to the east while maintaining a deep connection to a lush, private garden to the west. This sectional approach allows the home to unfold gradually, balancing openness and privacy while strengthening the relationship between landscape, light and daily living.
