We start by understanding your existing home, what you would like to change, your budget and any relevant planning or site constraints.
Concept Design
We explore layout options and design ideas to find the most practical and considered solution for your existing home.
Design Development
The preferred design is refined, including materials, key details and coordination with any consultants required for the project.
Planning & Approvals
Where approval is required, we prepare and coordinate the documentation for a DA or CDC application, including relevant consultants and supporting information.
Construction Support
For projects requiring further involvement, we can continue working with your builder and consultants during construction to help resolve design and documentation matters.
